With twenty years' communications experience, Juliet considers PR to be a service department of any company. She has adapted and grown global communication departments in London, Sydney and New York, in order to support business growth.

Communications & Business Strategy Associate
Sam Scougall-Knight joined FF&M in April 2021 after finishing his bachelor's degree in Politics at the University of Exeter. Sam excels at market research, trending press and writing media-relevant copy.
Studying for his degree has equipped him with the research and analytical skills required to find the most appropriate angles for clients' news and communicate these to the press. Sam has achieved considerable press for clients including national newspapers as well as podcasts.
Brand Communications Manager
Amy Wilson joined FF&M in December 2021 with over eight years of experience both in lifestyle and jewellery PR.
Amy has been both in-house and agency side before deciding to leap into freelance PR. It was in this freelance role that Amy achieved international press coverage on behalf of a portfolio of clients, favouring brands who held her values of slow fashion and sustainable practices.
As well as PR, Amy has a wealth of knowledge in; brand development, social media strategy, content creation, and is a master in the art of collaborations.
Research & PR Assistant
Francesca joined FF&M in February 2022 having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Sociology.
With experience in influencer marketing, Francesca is adept at identifying and pitching to relevant media to maximise interest in clients' activations. Having established professional relationships, she ensures all content aligns with the client’s vision. Now focusing on PR, Francesca utilises these skills to identify engaging angles for clients' news and convey them to relevant press outlets.
PR, Marketing & Podcast Production Assistant
Milun Haggipavlou joined FF&M in May 2022, alongside studying for his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Art History at the University of St. Andrews.
Milun utilises his experience in brand strategy and communications to support the wider FF&M team with research as well as supporting FF&M’s founder with editing and publishing the How To Start Up podcast.
Throughout his studies for his degree, Milun has gained experience in research and review which lends itself well to market research and brand analysis.
Emma began her career in luxury PR and brand marketing at the global office of Graff Diamonds, London. She has worked in both UK and global offices and organisations, gaining experience across various areas of business: B2B, customer-facing, consumer and non-profit. Having worked across a variety of positions, she has impressive interpersonal skills and business acumen.
With a first-class honours degree in History of Art from Edinburgh, analytical thinking and a meticulous eye for detail are integral to her work.
