Delivering an initial eight-episode series over eight weeks, FF&M offers a full-scope podcast production service, from concept development and guest management to editing, production and promotion. After delivering your initial series, FF&M can continue producing your podcast on a rolling basis should you wish.
Working to a detailed scope of work and fixed project fee, FF&M will deliver a podcast which positions you and your brand as an authority within your sector.
FF&M WILL LOOK AFTER:
Develop three topline ideas for a podcast series, including name, theme and structure.
Client to select one idea for FF&M to execute.
Research guests and share a shortlist for approval, book approved guests, liaise with guests’ teams, manage scheduling and rescheduling of recordings, media train guests, draft interview questions.
Attend in-person recordings in London*, setup microphones, cameras and recording equipment for host and guests, optimise sound quality, record interviews to dual tracks.
*Or facilitate remote recordings via a recording platform.
EDITING & PRODUCTION
Edit and fully produce each episode, layer in intro and outro music and any agreed ads, deliver first draft of each episode within a week of recording.
Create auto RSS feed, list and label podcast in all directories.
Draft episode copy for the show notes, transcriptions, LinkedIn, newsletter, social media posts, hashtags and blog post: all with SEO in mind.
Create Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn-formatted social media video and audio assets with two key hooks for each episode.
PR & PROMOTION
Devise and execute podcast promotion strategy encompassing PR, social media and paid advertising, pitch the podcast to relevant editorial opportunities, seek on-brand sponsorship opportunities, encourage rate and review activity via social media in an on-brand manner.
TRACKING & REPORTING
Generate a monthly report on downloads, listening through stats, market reach and social media engagement.
